Don Lydick

Founding Member - President

Don has over 26 years of experience in insurance consulting and reinsurance captive formation management which includes strategic planning and implementation, product development, sales, and sales management.  Don focuses on the use of Private Insurance Companies insuring “business owners” in many sectors, contractors, automotive dealers, retailers, finance companies and third-party administrators.  The emphasis is on risk management, asset protection, compliance, wealth preservation and exit strategies, utilizing the 831(b) small insurance company tax benefits associated with these strategies.

The product mix includes but not limited to workmanship warranties & guarantees, limited warranties, vehicle service contracts as well as other extended service contracts for brown & white goods, credit, and non-credit related insurance programs.

Don lives in Scottsdale, AZ and in his spare time enjoys golfing, skiing, fishing, and reading.

Mark Muller

Founding Member

Mark has over 28 years as a specialty insurance agency owner.  He has been forming and managing Producer Owned Reinsurance Companies (PORC’s) for more than 21 years.  Mark was also President of one of the Nation’s largest Automotive Extended Warranty Administrators (that he had a significant contribution in the building) that earned J D Powers #1 rated national administrator honor.  As President, he formed many PORC’s and Reinsurance Captive companies for his largest New Car Franchise Dealers and Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) direct marketing business clients.  Today Mark owns multiple businesses and has several locations throughout the Kansas City metro area.  Mark currently owns several reinsurance companies and continues to enjoy the benefits of his existing PORC’s in his day to day operations.

Mark is an avid hunter, Canadian fisherman and enjoys spending time with his mother in Arizona.  Mark lives south of KC on his working ranch & farm.  He is a devoted family man and has 3 sons Max, Marco, and Mathew with his wife of 31 years Amy.
